Introduction: The Protocols of the Elders of Zion have emerged again in the Palestinian dialectic. Under the title "Protocols of the Elders of Zion Alive and Well in the Palestinian Authority", PMW reported, in January of this year, of the use of the protocols to paint a rationale for Israeli activity, specifically in the context of accusing Israel of attempts to control and manipulate the international press. Between holocaust denials and accusations of Nazi-type behavior, reference to the protocols crop up from time to time as if they really exist.
