JERUSALEM – U.S. presidential candidate Mitt Romney has reversed
course and will let reporters cover his remarks to donors at a
fundraiser in Israel.
Romney´s campaign says the typical group of reporters will be allowed
to cover a high-dollar fundraiser at the King David Hotel in
Jerusalem on Monday morning.
The campaign had said on Saturday that it planned to prevent the
typical coverage of a fundraising event in a public space.
One of those expected to attend is Sheldon Adelson, the American
casino mogul who´s pledged to spend more than $100 million to defeat
Democratic President Barack Obama.
