One of the more than 1,000 terrorists and security prisoners freed
for kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit sent a memory card to relatives
with detailed instructions on how to kidnap more soldiers.
The Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) revealed Tuesday that Omar Abu-
Sneina, a terrorist from Hevron who was sent to Gaza after the
release, stated on the memory card that a live kidnap victim should
not be hidden in an isolated area.
Abu-Sneina joins the list of a growing number of terrorists who
quickly returned to terror after their release for Shalit.
Secuity officials obtained the memory card, whch contained the
following instructions:
"Avoid hiding (the kidnapped) in desolate places, tunnels or forests,
unless the aforementioned is a corpse or a severed head. If the
aforementioned is a live human, he must be visited at least once a
week and provided with food and drink; it is best to hide him in a
house, an agricultural farm, a workplace, etc.
"Attempt to acquire resources, weapons and explosives in advance,
though this must be done carefully and employing the appropriate
methods. Acquiring weapons from the enemy is possible, even if you
will need to initially use cold weapons.
"At first, it is crucial to focus on creating a squad according to
the instructions, equipping its personnel with any necessary means,
and training them in carrying out simple terror activity.
"We must be informed of the terror attack only after it was executed
and using encrypted methods only. Speaking openly and conveying
details is forbidden, other than during a face-to-face meeting. The
announcement of the terror attack will be made only by us and
using ‘Supreme Council of the Armed Forces.’”
Abu-Sneina, former Fatah terrorist agent, was in captivity for murder
and involvement in other terror activities, and he joined the Hamas
terror organization while in jail.
Hamas continues to call for kidnapping Israeli soldiers and
civilians, and issued a call for abductions on its Facebook page this
week. (IsraelNationalNews © 2012 04/18/12)
