Few hours after shells explode in Eshkol Regional Council; Israeli
aircraft fire at open areas in Hamas-ruled territory
Israeli aircraft opened fire Thursday evening towards open areas in
the Khan Younis area in south Gaza as part of the IDF´s efforts to
curb terrorist activities in the Hamas-ruled territory.
Palestinian sources in the Strip said Israeli aircraft targeted
houses located east of Rafah, but there were no reports of any
injuries.
The IDF´s activity in Gaza took place just a few hours after three
mortars fired from the Strip exploded in open areas in the Negev´s
Eshkol Regional Council. There were no reports of injuries or damage
in the attack.
