WASHINGTON – Washington apparently has given Iran a warning through a Russian intermediary to resolve issues over its nuclear development program through negotiations by April if it wants to avoid military strikes, according to a report from Joseph Farah’s G2 Bulletin.

Russian sources say that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton informed Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that the upcoming talks would be “a last chance to resolve the crisis.”

She reportedly told Lavrov to “make this point clear to Iranian authorities.”

The discussion between Clinton and Lavrov apparently took place on the side following a recent United Nations Security Council meeting.

Russian sources now believe that an attack by Israel on Iran’s nuclear facilities is not a question of “if” but “when.” Russian sources further point out that the Russian military has been mobilized to a higher state of readiness.

It is unclear what role the Russian military would play in the event Israel attacked Iran. G2Bulletin recently has been reporting on the readiness and enhanced training Israel is conducting in the event it decides to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, including recent long- range practice missions of Israel’s fighter aircraft.
