Meir Indor, the chairman of the Almagor Terror Victims’ Organization, said on Wednesday that Israel should support people such as Dr. Yehuda David, who go out of their way to defend the IDF and the Jewish State against lies that are spread against them.

Indor made the comments after members of Israel’s Knesset hosted Dr. David on Wednesday. Dr. David, an Israeli orthopedist, was sued for slander by the father of Muhammad al-Dura and acquitted by the French Supreme Court last week



“I think that all the members of Knesset and government ministers shouldn’t just come out when there’s a real victory,” Indor told Arutz Sheva. “They should back campaigns and fights for the country even if there’s no victory.”

“I’m calling upon our ministers to establish a fund which will support such fighting,” added Indor. “I salute Yehuda David for his patience and I think that we should learn a lesson. We shouldn’t say that it can’t be done. We can do it.” (IsraelNationalNews © 2012 02/23/12)
